How to Setup Header & Footer with Ultimate Addons for Elementor (UAE) The global Header & Footer are built with the free Ultimate Addons for Elementor (UAE) Header & Footer Builder. Pages you create with Elementor must have the Page Layout set to Elementor Full width for the global header and footer to appear. If you have Elementor Pro, you can alternatively set up headers and footers in the Theme Builder.

1. Make sure both Elementor and Ultimate Addons for Elementor (UAE) are installed and activated.
2. Go to Dashboard > UAE > Header & Footer Builder and click Add New
3. Give the template a Title, set the Type of Template to Header (repeat later for Footer), and set the Display Location to Entire Site
4. Publish the template, then click Edit with Elementor
5. Click gray folder icon to access My Templates tab
6. Insert the header (or footer) template.
7. Customize and Update.

How to Import MetForm Custom Form:

1. While edititing a page where a form should appear, open the Elementor navigator to locate the Metform widget.
2. Click Edit Form in the builder panel.
3. Select New, leave blank selected then click Edit Form button.
4. Click ‘Add Template’ grey folder button.
5. Click ‘My Templates’ tab.
6. Choose your imported MetForm template, then click ‘Insert’.
7. Once the template is loaded, click ‘Update’.

Images & Assets:

This Template Kit uses demo images from Envato Elements. You must license these images from Envato Elements to use them on your website or replace them with your own clinic photography.
