How to Import MetForm Custom Form:

1. Import all MetForm templates first.
2. Open the page where the form is placed and click “Edit with Elementor”.
3. Select the MetForm widget and click Edit Form.
4. Choose “New”, leave it empty, and click Edit Form again.
5. Click the gray folder icon → open “My Templates” → select the imported MetForm template → Insert.
6. Click Update to save your form.

How to Setup Header & Footer with Ultimate Addons for Elementor (UAE):

1. If using Elementor Pro, manage headers and footers via Theme Builder. Otherwise, make sure Elementor and Ultimate Addons for Elementor (UAE) are installed and activated.
2. Go to Dashboard → UAE → Header & Footer Builder → click Add New.
3. Set a Title, choose the Type of Template (Header or Footer), set Display Location to “Entire Site”, then Publish.
4. Edit the template using Elementor.
5. Insert the header/footer template via the gray folder icon (“My Templates”).
6. Customize and click Update.
