PDF Invoices

The WooCommerce PDF Invoice plugin auto-generates invoices when an order reaches a configured trigger status. Admins can view, download, and manage invoices from the order page, while customers access them from My Account. Choose from three invoice templates and configure which details appear, including order number, date, payment method, contact details, and shipping data. A footer note and terms and conditions can also be added.

Packing Slips

WooCommerce packing slips can be generated automatically or manually from the orders page. Choose from four templates and configure which details appear on the slip, including order number, date, billing data, contact details, and product prices. Virtual products can be excluded, and a footer note and terms text can be added.

Credit Notes

Credit notes are generated automatically when an order is refunded or created manually as needed. Choose from four templates and configure displayed details including order number, date, contact details, and shipping data. Credit note numbering follows a custom format such as CN-{year}-{sequence} with a configurable sequence start.

Proforma Invoices

Proforma invoices can be auto-generated when a new order is placed. Select from four templates and configure which fields appear, including order number, date, contact details, shipping data, price columns, and SKU. A terms and disclaimer section can also be added, and numbering follows the format PF-{year}-{sequence}.

Pick List

The pick list gives your fulfillment team a consolidated view of all items to be picked across orders. Sort by product name, exclude virtual products, and choose which columns to display including product name, SKU, category, and quantity.

Generate Invoices and Slips in Bulk

Enable bulk PDF actions directly from the WooCommerce orders list. You can send email invoices and download pick lists for multiple orders at once without opening them individually.

Sequential and Custom Invoice Numbering

WooCommerce invoice numbering can follow the order number or a custom sequential format independent of order IDs. Credit notes and proforma invoices support configurable number formats using year and sequence placeholders.

Tax and Checkout Integration

Add a VAT or Tax ID field to the checkout form with a customizable label, set as required or optional. An SSN or fiscal code field can also be enabled. Tax display mode on PDFs can be set to inclusive or exclusive depending on your store’s requirements.

Google Drive Storage

Generated PDFs can be stored directly in a Google Drive folder instead of on the server. Connect your Google account using OAuth credentials, set a folder name, and all documents are saved there automatically.

Customer Frontend Access and PDF Controls

Restrict PDF downloads by user role and control which document types customers can access from My Account. WooCommerce PDF invoices can be attached to specific order email templates including new order, processing, and completed order emails.
