WhatsMine Agent puts your whole customer-support inbox in your team’s pocket. It is a native iOS & Android app, built with Flutter, that mirrors the WhatsMine web inbox: a unified WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, SMS & email team inbox with real-time messaging, templates, canned replies, assignment, labels, internal notes and AI ↔ human hand-off. You get the full Flutter source code — re-brand it, build it and publish it under your own developer accounts.

This is the companion mobile app for the WhatsMine platform. Agent accounts, channels and billing are managed in the WhatsMine web app / admin; the app signs in with an agent’s existing credentials and connects to your own server’s mobile REST API.

Outbound messages show queued / sent / delivered / read / failed ticks, and the composer is 24-hour session-window aware — it locks free text and suggests a template the moment the window closes. WhatsApp *bold* _italic_ ~strike~ `code` formatting renders inline, alongside image, video, audio, document, location, template, interactive and reaction messages.

Real-time, the moment it happens

Live new messages, typing indicators and assignment updates over the Pusher protocol — hosted Pusher or your self-hosted Reverb. Private channels are authorised through your server’s /broadcasting/auth. No realtime keys? The app still works perfectly via pull-to-refresh, and opening a conversation always loads the latest messages. On-device local notifications alert agents to incoming messages while the app is running.

Launch offer: $99 (regularly $199) for the Regular License — one-time purchase. The Extended License is intended if you charge end users to access an app built from this source (e.g. a paid, multi-tenant deployment).

Important notes & disclosures

• This is the companion mobile client for the WhatsMine platform; it requires a WhatsMine server and does not include the backend. It never creates accounts — agents sign in with existing credentials.
• Third-party services (all optional, buyer supplies their own keys — nothing hard-coded): Meta WhatsApp / Messenger / Instagram (via your server), Pusher or self-hosted Reverb for realtime.
• True background remote push (FCM/APNs) needs per-deployment credentials and a server push pipeline, so it is intentionally not bundled; on-device local notifications are included. Integration notes are in the docs.
• All preview / screenshot images are stylised product mockups for the gallery only and are not part of the download; the data shown is fictional. Preview fonts: Space Grotesk & Inter (Google Fonts, OFL).
