Description

WhatSaaS Mobile is the official companion app for the WhatSaaS platform. Built with React Native and Expo (SDK 54) for Android and iOS, it gives your sales agents full access to WhatsApp conversations, contacts, campaigns, and more — directly from their mobile devices. Ideal for field teams who need to stay connected without access to a computer.

• Real-Time Chat: Send and receive text, images, videos, audio, documents, contacts, stickers, and location messages.
• WABA Support: Full WhatsApp Business API integration with 24h interaction window, template sending, and verified badge.
• Message Reactions: React to messages with emojis, just like on WhatsApp.
• Quick Replies: Access and send pre-configured quick replies for faster responses.
• Contact Management: View contacts with tags, funnel stages, agents, departments, custom fields, notes, and media gallery.
• Advanced Filters: Filter chats and contacts by connection, funnel stage, tag, agent, and department.
• Context Menu: Long-press chats to mute, assign tags, change funnel stage, assign agents, or save contacts.
• New Conversations: Start new chats with any phone number, with dynamic support for WABA (template) and QR Code (free text) instances.
• Campaigns: Create and send bulk campaigns with contact filters and WABA template selection with dynamic variables.
• Template Management: Create, sync, and preview WABA message templates with header, body, footer, and buttons.
• Push Notifications: Receive real-time push notifications for incoming messages via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM V1). Tap to navigate directly to the chat.
• AI Integration: Activate/deactivate AI agents per chat directly from the app.
• Role-Based Access: Respects the same permission system as the web platform (owner, admin, member).

Requirements

• WhatSaaS Web Platform: Purchase required — the mobile app is an add-on.
• Node.js: v18 or higher
• Expo Account: Free account at expo.dev
• EAS CLI: v18.4.0 or higher (for building APK/AAB)
• Firebase Project: For push notifications (FCM V1)
• Pusher Account: Same credentials as your WhatSaaS web platform
• Google Play Developer Account: Required only for publishing to the Play Store ($25 one-time fee)
• Apple Developer Account: Required only for publishing to the App Store ($99/year)

Dependency:

This mobile app is an add-on for the WhatSaaS Web Platform. It connects to your existing WhatSaaS backend via API. It will not work without the web platform installed and running.

Please clear all your doubts and read the available documentation before purchasing. As this is a digital downloadable product, we do not offer refunds once the item has been downloaded.

• Installation: A comprehensive installation guide is included. We do not offer direct installation services through this channel.
• Scope of Support: Support is provided exclusively for the WhatSaaS Mobile project. Issues related to VPS, Docker, Firebase, or general infrastructure are outside our scope.
• Bug Reports: As an independent developer, I cannot offer immediate technical support. In the event of project bugs, please wait for the next scheduled update.
• This is not a plug-and-play product. Technical knowledge is required for building and publishing the app.
