WhatSaaS Meta Cloud is a plug-and-play add-on for the WhatSaaS platform. It lets your customers connect their official WhatsApp Business numbers in one click using Meta’s Embedded Signup — no manual token copying, no Business Manager headaches. Messages flow through the official WhatsApp Cloud API.

- One-Click Onboarding: Official Meta Embedded Signup. Customers connect their WhatsApp Business number with a single click — the plugin handles token exchange, app subscription, and number registration automatically.
- Official Cloud API: Messages are sent and received through Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API — not unofficial libraries — for higher stability and compliance.
- Full Messaging: Text, images, video, audio, documents, location, stickers, reactions, interactive buttons/lists, and approved message templates.
- Delivery & Read Receipts: Real-time status updates (sent, delivered, read) reflected directly in the chat timeline.
- Per-Instance Credentials: Fully multi-tenant. Each customer connects and manages their own WhatsApp Business Account.
How It Works
- Admin configures the Meta App credentials in Admin > Channels (App ID, App Secret, Configuration ID, Webhook Token)
- User opens Settings > Connect and selects the Meta Cloud tab
- User clicks Connect with Meta — the Embedded Signup popup opens
- User logs in with Facebook and selects their WhatsApp Business number
- The plugin exchanges the authorization code, registers the number, and creates the instance
- The number is instantly ready to send and receive messages
Requirements
- WhatSaaS Web Platform: v1.0.5 or later — the Meta Cloud plugin is an add-on.
- Meta Developer Account: A Meta for Developers account and a Business Portfolio.
- Meta App: With the WhatsApp and Facebook Login for Business products, plus an Embedded Signup configuration.
- HTTPS Domain: Required — the Embedded Signup popup does not work over plain HTTP.
- Business Verification + App Review: Required by Meta to onboard customers in production (Advanced Access).

Important Note Before Buying
Dependency:
This plugin is an add-on for the WhatSaaS Web Platform. It extends the existing platform with official WhatsApp Cloud API onboarding. It will not work without the web platform (v1.0.5+) installed and running.
Meta Requirements & Costs:
With this plugin you act as a Meta Tech Provider. Meta requires Business Verification and App Review (Advanced Access) to onboard customers in production — these are Meta processes (free, but can take days to weeks). WhatsApp Cloud API conversation pricing is billed by Meta directly and is not included in the plugin price. See WhatsApp Pricing for details.
