Installation & Usage

1. Upload the module ZIP file via Perfex CRM Admin → Setup → Modules
2. Activate the Wasabi Cloud Storage Integration module from the modules list
3. Navigate to Setup → Wasabi Integration and configure:
• Access Key ID (from your Wasabi account)
• Secret Access Key (encrypted storage for security)
• Region (select from 10+ available regions)
• Bucket Name (your Wasabi bucket)
• Enable/Disable integration
4. Click “Save”
5. All new file uploads will automatically be stored in Wasabi Cloud Storage

How It Works

1. Admin configures Access Keys, Region, and Bucket Name from settings
2. User uploads any file in Perfex CRM (project, invoice, ticket, etc.)
3. File is automatically uploaded to Wasabi Cloud Storage
4. File URL is stored in database for easy access
5. Files are served directly from Wasabi’s CDN for fast downloads
6. When files are deleted from CRM, they’re automatically removed from Wasabi
7. Daily cleanup process removes any orphaned files
8. Customers can preview images in their portal with lightbox view
