Use the Regular edition for your product’s feedback board, or the Extended edition to operate a multi-tenant feedback platform with customer workspaces, plans, billing, and platform administration. Built with Laravel 12, Vue 3, and Inertia.js, Votlie runs on your own compatible hosting.

Use the Use demo administrator button on the login pages. Both demos contain sample data and reset every 24 hours. Most data-changing operations are disabled in the public demos. Sample users, feedback, and platform metrics are illustrative.

Source Code Included: What You Can Customize

After purchasing a license, you receive your own copy of Votlie’s source code. You can inspect, edit, and extend it for your licensed end product: change the design, adapt workflows, add features, and build integrations. Make changes yourself or work with a developer, while controlling your installation, hosting, and database.

This is commercial software with source code included. Purchasing a license grants use and modification rights under that license; it does not transfer Votlie’s copyright or permit unrestricted resale or redistribution of the source. It is different from software released under an open-source license. Envato’s license terms and applicable third-party component licenses continue to apply to modifications.

Choose the Right Edition & License

• Regular: The feedback-board experience for your product, including voting, roadmaps, discussions, moderation, branding, and administration.
• Extended: Adds the multi-tenant platform experience, including customer workspaces, subscription-plan management, billing configuration, and platform administration.

Edition capabilities and legal usage rights are separate considerations. Choose the license that fits your end product and whether end users are charged. Review the Regular License and Extended License terms before purchasing.

Votlie is self-hosted software, not a hosted subscription supplied by LiquidApps Studio. Budget separately for hosting, domains, email delivery, payment processing, and any external services you choose to use.

Installation & Hosting

A guided web installer helps check requirements, configure the database, create the administrator account, and complete initial setup. Compatible cPanel hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers can be used when they meet the requirements of the downloaded release.

• PHP with the extensions and version required by the package’s Composer dependencies. The current demo deployment uses PHP 8.4; check your downloaded release before choosing hosting.
• A supported database: MySQL or SQLite, according to the release and deployment configuration.
• Apache or Nginx with the document root and writable application directories configured correctly.
• Scheduled tasks and background-worker support for email, trials, domain checks, and other enabled background features.
• SMTP credentials for email delivery and provider credentials for the integrations you enable.
• Appropriate DNS and SSL configuration for your application and any tenant domains.

Security controls include authentication, authorization, request validation, rate limiting, password hashing, and protections for supported upload and content flows. Keep your application, dependencies, backups, and server configuration maintained.
