Every template is editable with merge fields and live preview. Per-user opt-in preferences so nobody gets spammed.
OAuth Social Login
One-click sign-in with Google, GitHub, Discord, and Slack. Configure any or all providers from the admin panel — just enter your Client ID and Secret. Users can link multiple social accounts to a single profile or connect them from their settings page.
User Management & Reports
Full user list with roles (Admin / User), email verification status, submission and vote counts, and ban management with optional ban reasons. Users can report features, comments, or other users — admins review, take action (warn, delete, ban), and resolve. Warning banners appear in-app and must be acknowledged by the recipient.
Categories & Custom Statuses
Organize feedback into color-coded categories with emoji icons, drag-to-reorder, and per-category feature counts. Create unlimited custom statuses beyond the six defaults — control which ones appear on the roadmap and which are visible to users. Full lifecycle management.
Anonymous Voting
Let visitors vote without creating an account. Anonymous votes are tracked with browser cookies to prevent duplicates. Optional — you control whether it’s on or off.
Self-Hosted Updates & Backups
Upload update packages directly from the admin panel. A guided 4-step wizard handles pre-update checks, automatic database backups, file replacement, migration runs, and cache clearing — with automatic rollback if anything goes wrong. Manual rollback and health check tools are always available.
Integrations
Google Analytics (GA4) tracking is live and configurable directly from the Connections tab — just paste your Measurement ID and you’re done. Slack and Discord webhook notifications are coming next, with more integrations on the roadmap.

The biggest update in Votlie’s history. Extended License holders can now run Votlie as a standalone SaaS business. Your customers sign up, pick a plan, pay via Stripe, and get their own isolated voting board. You manage everything from a super admin dashboard while they manage their own boards independently. Full subscription billing powered by Stripe and Laravel Cashier. Tenants manage their own subscriptions from a self-service billing portal with invoice downloads. Cancellation surveys collect churn reasons automatically.
Super Admin Dashboard & Revenue Analytics (Extended License)

Create tenants manually or let them self-signup. View detailed tenant profiles with user counts, feature counts, internal notes, and subscription history. Suspend, reactivate, or schedule deletion with a 7-day grace period. Impersonate any tenant to debug issues or provide support — an always-visible banner keeps things transparent.
Custom Domain Support with Auto-Provisioning (Extended License)
Tenants can connect their own domains (e.g., feedback.theirapp.com). Supports three integration modes: Manual (DNS instructions), cPanel (fully automated via API), and Cloudflare for SaaS (Custom Hostnames with automatic SSL). DNS verification and SSL provisioning run automatically via cron. Super admins monitor all domains from a centralized health dashboard with per-event logging.
Plan Management with Usage Limits (Extended License)
Create subscription plans with configurable limits: max users, max features, max categories, max boards, and storage. Platform Announcements (Extended License)
Send targeted announcements to tenants filtered by status (Active, Trial, Suspended) and plan tier. Schedule announcements for future publication. Optional email delivery to tenant owners in batches of 50. Announcements appear as color-coded banners (Info, Warning, Success, Error) in tenant admin panels with read tracking.
Platform Email Templates (Extended License)
