2D and 3D Virtual Try-On

Virtual Try-On is the main feature of VisionCart. The system allows store owners to connect try-on assets with individual eyewear products and provide customers with an interactive frame preview experience.

Important: 3D Eyewear Models Are Not Automatically Created by the App

VisionCart includes the complete source code and workflow required to upload, store, map, calibrate, display, and use 3D eyewear models for Virtual Try-On. However, the application does not automatically generate or manufacture a 3D glasses model from a normal product image.

• The buyer/store owner must create, purchase, commission, or generate a suitable 3D model for each eyewear product that requires 3D Try-On.
• VisionCart generally requires one optimized .GLB file for each 3D-enabled eyewear product.
• The model should contain the complete frame, bridge, both temples, optional lenses, compatible materials, and embedded textures.
• Generated or purchased models must be checked for correct scale, origin, rotation, topology, materials, textures, and mobile performance.
• Sample/demo models, third-party branded frame models, 3D-artist services, and unlimited ready-made product models are not included unless specifically stated in the final downloadable package.

VisionCart Core Functionality vs. Third-Party AI 3D Asset Services

VisionCart’s core functionality is included in the purchased source code. This includes the eyewear eCommerce workflow, Laravel website and admin panel, Flutter customer and delivery apps, product and order management, 2D/3D try-on integration, compatible asset upload, product mapping, calibration controls, preview, storage, and rendering of buyer-supplied try-on assets.

Third-party AI services are not part of VisionCart’s core functionality. VisionCart does not contain a built-in AI generator that creates a production-ready 3D eyewear model from a normal product image. Services such as AI3DGen, Microsoft TRELLIS.2, Meshy, Tripo, or similar image-to-3D platforms are optional external tools that a buyer may choose to use when preparing 3D assets.

• Use of an external AI service is optional; a buyer may instead create assets manually in Blender or hire a 3D artist.
• Third-party AI accounts, subscriptions, credits, queues, cloud GPU usage, private-asset plans, download formats, commercial licenses, and service availability are controlled by the respective providers.
• Any third-party AI fees or 3D-artist costs are additional and are not included in the VisionCart purchase price.
• The buyer must verify model quality, optimization, licensing, privacy, and commercial-use rights before uploading an asset to VisionCart.

Explicit marketplace disclosure: Firebase OTP, SendGrid, Mailgun, and any other external SMTP/SMS/email provider are independent third-party services. Their accounts, approvals, subscriptions, credits, and usage charges are not included with VisionCart.

External Dependency & Support Boundary: VisionCart support covers the supplied VisionCart source code and documented integration points. Third-party account approval, billing, quotas, outages, policy changes, service availability, provider-side configuration, licenses, and third-party support are controlled by the respective providers and are not included as VisionCart product support.

Please read carefully before purchasing: The VisionCart purchase price covers the included source code and documentation only. External provider accounts, usage charges, subscriptions, hardware, content, assets, and commercial licenses are the buyer’s responsibility.

Try-On network requirement: The WebView-based 3D try-on uses open-source browser libraries and model resources loaded from external CDN and Google endpoints. Internet access is required unless the buyer lawfully self-hosts and configures those dependencies. External network availability, terms, and service continuity are not controlled by VisionCart.

1. Firebase and Google Services – External Dependency

Firebase for OTP is a third-party service provided by Google and may involve additional costs. Charges, quotas, billing requirements, phone-verification pricing, supported countries, and usage limits depend on Google’s current Firebase/Google Cloud terms and the buyer’s production usage.

• The buyer must create and configure their own Firebase project when Firebase features are used.
• Firebase configuration files, production credentials, SHA keys, APNs configuration, and app registration are not supplied as reusable buyer credentials.
• Firebase phone authentication/SMS verification can have quotas, regional availability rules, identity-platform requirements, abuse protection, or usage charges according to Google’s current pricing.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging may require project configuration. Any future Google pricing, quota, policy, or account-verification changes are controlled by Google.
• Google Cloud services, billing accounts, cloud storage, functions, maps, APIs, or other optional Google services are not included and may have separate charges when enabled.

2. SMS, Mobile OTP, and Email OTP – External Dependencies

• SMS gateway accounts, sender IDs, templates, DLT registration, phone-number verification, and per-SMS charges are not included.
• Firebase phone OTP or a custom SMS/webhook provider may charge based on country, usage, phone verification, or account plan.
• Email OTP requires a working SMTP or transactional email service. External SMTP providers such as SendGrid or Mailgun are third-party services and may involve additional costs based on their plan, email volume, verification requirements, dedicated IP options, or current pricing.
• SMTP hosting, email credits, dedicated IPs, email verification, and transactional email charges are not included.

3. Payment Gateways – External Dependencies

• Razorpay and Stripe accounts are not included.
• The buyer is responsible for merchant onboarding, KYC, business verification, account approval, and compliance.
• Transaction fees, currency-conversion fees, taxes, chargebacks, disputes, payout fees, and refund-related charges are paid directly to the payment provider.
• Gateway availability and supported payment methods vary by country and merchant account.

4. 3D Model Creation and AI Tools – External Dependencies

• VisionCart does not automatically create production-ready 3D glasses models.
• Blender – External Dependency (open-source tool): Blender is free and open source, but professional 3D-artist fees, paid add-ons, training, hardware, and modeling services are separate.
• AI3DGen, Microsoft TRELLIS.2, Meshy, Tripo, and similar tools – External Dependencies: These image-to-3D services may have free limits, queues, public assets, subscriptions, credits, cloud-GPU costs, download-format restrictions, or paid commercial-use plans.
• The buyer must check each provider’s current privacy, attribution, output, commercial-use, and licensing terms before using generated models.
• Cloud GPU, local GPU hardware, storage, rendering, and optimization costs are not included.
• Third-party 3D models, frame designs, textures, paid asset libraries, and commercial licenses are not included.

5. Hosting, Domain, Server, and SSL

• Web hosting or VPS/server charges are not included.
• Domain registration and renewal charges are not included.
• SSL certificate costs are not included when the hosting provider does not offer a free certificate.
• Server maintenance, backups, CDN, object storage, bandwidth, database service, security, and scaling costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• The buyer must ensure that the server meets the documented PHP, database, extension, cron, queue, storage, and upload requirements.

6. Google Play Store and Apple App Store

• Google Play Console developer account fees are not included.
• Apple Developer Program fees are not included.
• Store listing, app review, policy compliance, privacy disclosures, signing certificates, provisioning profiles, tax information, and merchant requirements are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Approval by Google Play or Apple App Store is not guaranteed because approval is controlled by the respective platform.

7. Product Content, Images, Brands, and Licenses

• Production product images, product descriptions, brand logos, trademarks, copyrighted catalog data, and third-party eyewear designs are not included unless clearly stated.
• The buyer must use content that they own, created, commissioned, purchased, or have permission to reproduce.
• AI generation does not remove copyright, trademark, design-right, patent, privacy, or commercial-license obligations.
• Demo data and demo assets are for presentation/testing and should be replaced before production use.

8. Customization and Deployment Services

• Custom feature development, UI redesign, third-party API integration, server migration, store publishing, and business-specific changes are not included unless separately purchased or explicitly stated.
• Installation or deployment service, if offered, does not include external provider charges or account approvals.
• Future compatibility changes required by Flutter, Android, iOS, Laravel, browser, payment, Firebase, or provider policies may require updates.
