VisaNir — Visa, Tour, Hotel & Air Ticket Booking Script

One website. Four ways to earn. Zero coding.

Most travel scripts sell you one thing. VisaNir hands you a visa agency, a tour operator, a hotel reseller and a flight desk in a single Laravel install — sharing one checkout, one customer login and one control panel.

Why Four Services Beat One

Think about the person who just paid you for a Dubai visa. Right now they also need a flight, a hotel and maybe a desert safari. If your website only does visas, they take that money somewhere else.

VisaNir keeps them on your site. Same account, same wallet, same checkout, same invoice. You earn three more times from a customer you already paid to acquire.

And you manage all of it from one login. Not four dashboards. Not four hosting bills. Not four scripts to update.

VisaNir—Modern Visa Consulting & Processing Agency Platform

The Short Version

You sell

  • Visa applications — with document collection and an approval workflow
  • Tour packages — with fixed departure dates and live seat counts
  • Hotel rooms — with different rates for different times of year
  • Flight tickets — with your commission added automatically

You collect money through

  • 32 ready payment gateways covering Asia, Europe, Africa, the Gulf and Latin America
  • Any offline method you invent — bank, cash, mobile wallet, Western Union
  • A prepaid wallet, so repeat buyers skip the card form entirely
  • Any currency, at an exchange rate you decide

You can switch on

  • An AI helper that answers visa questions while you sleep
  • Passport reading that types the application form for your customer
  • Real-time flight and hotel availability from global suppliers
  • WhatsApp and SMS alerts, embassy finder, currency converter, appointment slots

You control

  • Every page, menu and section — by dragging blocks around
  • Unlimited languages and unlimited currencies
  • Brand colour, logo, fonts and banner photo
  • Signup credit and a two-level referral commission

Part 1 — The Four Things You Sell

1. Visa Applications

Visas behave differently from every other travel product. The consulate has the final say, so your website has to collect paperwork, hold it safely, and follow the case for weeks. That is exactly what this module does.

Your customer’s side

  • Chooses where they are flying to, then picks a permit type — tourist, business, student, whatever you list
  • Completes four short screens instead of one frightening form
  • Attaches the paperwork you asked for, each upload box carrying your own written rule
  • Adds several applicants to a basket, so one family pays once
  • Walks away with a reference code that never changes

Your side

  • Read the answers and pull down every attachment from one screen
  • Move the case along a status ladder: waiting, under review, in progress, needs correction, granted, delivered, refused
  • Attach a note to each move — it is stored forever and emailed out instantly
  • Ask for a missing document without cancelling the case
  • Upload the finished permit and let the buyer download it themselves

Two decisions already made for you

  • Charge in two stages. Take a modest handling charge when the form arrives, and bill the full permit price only once you say yes. A rejection then costs you nothing to unwind, and your labour is still paid for.
  • One permit type, many prices. A tourist permit for Thailand and one for Britain are not worth the same money. Set a separate amount, waiting time, paperwork list and question list against each destination — without cloning the product.

2. Tour Packages

Assemble a trip once. Sell the same trip on twenty different dates.

  • The listing — headline, destination, city, category, per-head price, discount percentage, nights, what the fare covers, what it excludes, accommodation and transfer notes, cover photo, gallery and a ribbon such as “Best Seller”.
  • The daily plan — spell out Day 1, Day 2, Day 3. Buyers who can picture the trip book the trip.
  • Departures — publish the real dates you operate. Each carries its own seat pool and can charge extra in peak weeks. Availability drops as orders land, and a full date closes without you touching it.
  • Paid extras — transfers, cover, a spare night, a private escort. Ticking a box moves the total straight away.
  • Enquiries — visitors who ask before committing land in a list you can chase.
  • Traveller paperwork — gather passport copies and photographs for everyone named on the order.
  • Approval — a paid order reaches you marked as awaiting confirmation, with the seats reserved. Approve it, or release it and the seats return to the pool by themselves.

3. Hotel Rooms

A working reservation engine — availability, rates, filters, map and voucher.

  • The property — name, city, district, star grade, category, amenities, photo set, tax and service percentages, arrival and departure hours, and your cancellation terms.
  • Pull hotels from Google — build a catalogue in minutes rather than typing in a hundred properties.
  • Room types — nightly rate, sleeping capacity, breakfast yes or no, free cancellation yes or no.
  • Rate calendars — December costs more, September costs less. Draw a date range, apply a percentage or a flat change, and demand a minimum stay if you want. VisaNir works out the cost of each night on its own before adding tax and service, so a guest can see precisely how the total was reached.
  • Finding a room — search by city and dates, narrow by budget, grade, facilities or free cancellation, and view the shortlist on a map.
  • Confirmation — approve the reservation and your guest receives a voucher to print or show at the desk.
  • Guest reviews — verified feedback with a score breakdown on every property page.

4. Flight Tickets

List your negotiated fares and let the system add your cut.

  • Reference data — airports with their IATA codes, airlines with their logos.
  • Fare rows — origin, destination, flight number, timings, journey length, connections, the weekdays it operates, hold and cabin allowance, class, seat count, price and refund terms.
  • Both directions — load the homeward leg as well and a return quote comes out complete. Leave it out and the page tells the visitor plainly rather than showing a misleading figure.
  • Commission engine — apply a percentage or a flat sum to one carrier, one route or one class. Your cost price is never exposed; shoppers only ever see the retail figure.
  • Shopping — sort and compare by fare, journey time, connections, luggage or airline.
  • Issuing — once the airline confirms, record the booking reference and each passenger’s ticket number. The buyer then prints their own e-ticket.

Part 2 — What A Customer Actually Experiences

  • Step 1 — They land on your site and pick a destination, a trip, a property or a route.
  • Step 2 — They complete a short guided form. Everything is saved as they type, so pressing back never wipes their answers.
  • Step 3 — They settle up using whichever method you enabled.
  • Step 4 — The order lands in your panel and an email reaches your inbox.
  • Step 5 — You do the work: grant the permit, lock in the room, issue the ticket.
  • Step 6 — They collect their permit file, voucher or e-ticket, and follow progress whenever they like.

Details that reduce your support load

  • Trips, rooms and flights can be purchased without registering. Only permit applications require an account, because the paperwork has to belong to somebody.
  • Every status change triggers an automatic email, so nobody has to ask you for an update.
  • Orders, receipts and invoices are downloadable by the buyer at any hour.
  • A basket lets one payer cover several applicants in a single transaction.

Part 3 — Taking The Money

Two purchasing routes

  • Prepaid balance — the buyer loads credit once and spends it later in a couple of clicks. Handy for agents and repeat clients.
  • Pay as you go — straight through a gateway, or by an offline route you approve by hand.

Nobody can fake a payment

Before an order is ever stamped as settled, VisaNir asks the payment provider directly whether the money really arrived. A forged confirmation page achieves nothing. Gateways arrive disabled, and one missing credential is enough to stop a gateway being activated by accident.

The 32 gateways in the box

Bangladesh

  • SSLCommerz — a single contract that opens bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards and internet banking
  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • aamarPay
  • UddoktaPay — runs on an ordinary mobile money account, no merchant contract needed
  • ShurjoPay

Cards and wallets

  • PayPal and Stripe — global
  • Mollie — Europe
  • Square — United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia
  • PayTabs, Tap Payments, Telr — Gulf region
  • Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe — India
  • Xendit, Midtrans — Indonesia and the Philippines
  • Mercado Pago — Latin America
  • Flutterwave, PayStack — Africa
  • PagHiper — Brazil
  • VoguePay — Nigeria

Digital currency

  • Coinbase Commerce, Binance Pay, BitPay, CoinPayments, NOWPayments
  • Manual crypto — publish your own wallet address and confirm receipts yourself

Offline routes you invent

  • Build as many as you need. Type the instructions, decide what proof the buyer must attach, then approve or decline each one from a queue.

Each route carries its own currency, conversion rate and handling charge, and the exact amount payable is always displayed before the buyer commits.

Turn buyers into salespeople

  • Joining credit — hand new registrations a starting balance.
  • Introducer commission — every customer gets a link. Pay them a flat sum or a share, across two levels, with a tree showing exactly who arrived through whom.

Part 4 — Optional Intelligence

None of this is required. The platform is complete without it. When you do want a piece, install it from the Addon Manager, drop your key into Addon API Settings, and flip the switch. You hold your own provider account, so you stay in control of the cost.

  • AI travel adviser — a floating chat window that answers questions and produces a tailored paperwork checklist. Uses OpenAI.
  • Passport reader — a photograph of the data page becomes a filled-in form: name, document number, birth date and expiry, with the check digits validated. Uses Google Vision.
  • Live airline search — query genuine airline availability instead of only your own loaded fares. Uses Amadeus.
  • Live hotel search — reach worldwide accommodation stock. Uses RapidAPI.
  • Exchange rates — current conversions displayed across the site. Uses ExchangeRate.
  • Embassy locator — plots the closest mission on a map. Uses Google Maps.
  • Entry requirement lookup — tells a traveller what their passport needs for a given country. Uses Sherpa.
  • Consultation diary — visitors reserve a slot with you. Uses Calendly.
  • WhatsApp and text alerts — push order news to a phone. Uses WhatsApp Cloud API or Twilio.
  • Extra checkout rails — additional crypto and card options inside the customer area.
