Utilium is a modular utility super app. One Flutter codebase, 45 plus everyday tools, and a Laravel admin that turns it into your own branded product with no coding.

Most utility apps do one thing. Utilium ships a whole toolbox in a single, premium app: calculators and converters, timers and productivity tools, a document scanner and PDF kit, a QR and barcode studio, an expenses tracker, a Live TV player, a topic based News reader, and live market widgets. Every tool is a self contained module, and every module can be toggled, reordered, tiered, and rebranded from a FilamentPHP admin panel. Your buyers get a real app on day one. You get a white label product you can sell again and again.

It feels native on both platforms. The interface forks at the widget layer: Cupertino navigation, pickers, and sheets on iOS, Material 3 on Android. Only the business logic is shared. The app is local first, so it runs fully offline against a bundled catalog and needs no backend to work.

The Laravel admin

Buyers judge a template by its backend, so this one wears the same identity as the app. From FilamentPHP you manage Categories, Modules, Channels, Legal pages, Products, and Ad Units, plus a Brand and Theme page for colors, fonts, and logo. A Broadcast page can send push notifications to everyone, a segment, or a single device. Legal pages are edited as rich HTML and render natively in the app and on the web.

Technology

• App: Flutter 3.32 or newer, Dart 3.8 or newer. iOS and Android from one codebase.
• Backend: Laravel 11, FilamentPHP 3, PHP 8.3 or newer, MySQL or MariaDB.
• State and storage: Riverpod and local first Hive storage on the app, a clean JSON config API on the server.

Optional integrations

Utilium runs on the bundled demo with zero third party accounts. The only required setup is the core install: PHP, a database, an app key, and a migrate. Everything below is optional and can be left off.

• NewsAPI powers the News feed. Swap it for GNews, NewsData.io, or an RSS source. Leave the key blank to hide the feed.
• TradingView free widgets power the Markets, Economic Calendar, Crypto, and Forex modules. Disable the modules in admin to remove them.
• Firebase powers optional analytics and push notifications. Omit the config files and the app runs with Firebase off.
• Google AdMob powers optional ads. It ships using Google test ad units. Paste your own unit IDs in admin, or leave ads off.
• IPTV M3U source feeds the Live TV player. You point it at any M3U or M3U8 playlist you have the rights to use.

Third party costs are not included. Any fees for NewsAPI, TradingView, Firebase, AdMob, IPTV sources, or an exchange rate provider are billed by those providers under your own account and are not part of this item price. Each service is a separate, optional sign up.

About Live TV: the Live TV module is a player only. No channels or streams are included. You supply your own M3U or M3U8 playlist in the admin and you are solely responsible for holding the rights to any source you point it at. The demo uses license clear public test streams.
