Customer Inquiry & Support Chat Script is a lightweight chat widget with a visual form builder and an inquiry inbox, built with PHP, JavaScript and MySQL. Visitors send their questions from a clean, responsive widget on your website, and every message lands in one searchable admin inbox where you can review it, mark it as replied and export it.
The widget works on any website (HTML, PHP, WordPress) with one line of code. It loads its form, colours and opening hours from your server, so you never edit the page again when you change something in the admin panel.
Admins can build custom forms from 30+ ready-made fields, choose brand colours, set weekly operating hours, receive email alerts and send an automatic reply. Google Sheets is supported as an optional extra. LIVE PREVIEW
