Ratings & Reviews adds reviews to any post type: posts, pages, WooCommerce products, directory listings or your own types. Visitors score several criteria, attach photos and write from a form that never reloads the page. Every element is a Gutenberg block, an Elementor widget, a WPBakery element and a shortcode.

AI That Drafts Reviews

• Write with AI – a Write button beside the review text drafts it from the item and the criteria being scored.
• Groq built in – its free tier needs no payment card. Nothing is sent anywhere until you add a key.
• Scores stay human – the stars are always the reviewer’s own.
• AI Assistant Add-on – a separate plugin, installed from the AI tab in one click, with five more AI services.

Ratings on Any Post Type

• Pick your post types in Settings; the reviews block appears under the content, or you place it by hand.
• Ratings without a review – a bare score counts toward the average.
• Off for one item – one checkbox on its edit screen; existing reviews are kept.
• Rating with the title in lists and on the single page.

Rating Scale & Criteria

• 3 to 10 points, in half steps if you like. Changing the scale later keeps old scores correct.
• 593 icons – draw scores with a star, a car, a bed or any other icon, in your colour and size.
• Multi-criteria ratings – Value, Service, Cleanliness and more, with a separate set per post type.
• Criteria by category – a “Wine list” score only on restaurants.
• Safe changes – rename, reorder or deactivate a criterion without losing ratings.
