Some optional features use third-party services that can charge you directly:

- Firebase (Google Sign-In and push notifications): Firebase Authentication and Cloud Messaging have a free tier. Usage above the free limits is billed by Google to the owner of your Firebase project. You may incur costs depending on your usage volume. Check Firebase pricing and set budget alerts before going live.
- AI Bill Scan Import add-on: scans use Google Gemini’s API, which charges per request. You must create your own Gemini API key (Google AI Studio). Quickro does not include AI credits. All AI usage costs are paid by you directly to Google.

 Version 10.9 - 27 October 2026  Features: - Permanently deleting a sale now asks for the Owner PIN every time (in the app and in the store portal), and removes the sale completely: stock is put back, accounting entries are reversed, and it disappears from the customer ledger, cashbook, payment-method ledger, commissions, invoices and every report. Wallet or deposit payments are returned to the customer. - Reorder Alerts are now created automatically when a product's stock falls to its Reorder Point (or Low-Stock Threshold) and clear again once it is restocked. A new "php artisan reorder:scan" command fills in alerts for products that were already low. - A "Guide" button on Service Usage, Product Batches, Customer Returns, Supplier Returns and Reorder Alerts re-opens the how-to-use text at any time; the text now explains the purpose of each screen and where its data comes from. - Point of Sale: Amount Tendered panel shows the change due; report screens have working Back links. - Product discounts keep their start and end dates; Quick Amounts keep their saved order; fee settings save and delete correctly. - Store setup, help guides, business types and accounting screens are translated.  Fixes: - A WhatsApp Store order is no longer counted as a sale until it is paid. Dashboard totals, reports, Z-Report and profit now include it only once its payment is recorded; until then it shows under Pending orders. - Fixed the Server Error shown when creating a Marketing campaign (the campaign was saved but its recipients could not be); audience filters for due balance and birthdays now work. - Fixed the Server Error on CSV, Excel, PDF and Print for the Expense Report and other reports with action links. - A held sale can no longer be completed without payment from the status list; use Resume to cart.
