Installation Guide

Installing POS Pro is quick and straightforward:

1. Download the plugin from your CodeCanyon downloads page
2. Extract the downloaded zip file
3. Upload the extracted folder to platform/plugins/pos-pro directory
4. Go to Admin > Plugins and activate the POS Pro plugin
5. Refresh your website

After installation, you can access the POS system from the main menu in your admin panel.

Usage Guide

Accessing POS

1. Log in to your admin panel
2. Click on the “POS” menu item in the main navigation
3. The POS interface will load with products on the left and cart on the right

Adding Products to Cart

1. Browse products or use the search bar to find products by name, SKU, or barcode
2. Click “Add to Cart” for simple products
3. For products with variations, click “Select Options” to choose attributes before adding to cart

Managing the Cart

1. Adjust quantities using the +/- buttons
2. Remove items by clicking the trash icon
3. Apply coupon codes by clicking “Have a coupon?”
4. Add manual discounts by clicking the discount icon
5. Set shipping amount by clicking the shipping icon

Customer Selection

1. Select an existing customer from the dropdown
2. Or create a new customer by clicking “Create Customer”
3. Customer information will be saved with the order

Checkout Process

1. Select a payment method (Cash, Card, Other)
2. Add any order notes if needed
3. Review order summary
4. Click “Complete Order” to finalize the transaction
5. A success modal will appear with options to print receipt or start a new order

Printing Receipts

1. After completing an order, click “Print Receipt” in the success modal
2. Alternatively, you can access receipts from the order history
3. The receipt includes all order details, customer information, and payment details

Advanced Features

• Dark Mode: Click the moon/sun icon to toggle between light and dark modes for reduced eye strain
• Language Switcher: Click the language icon to select your preferred language from the dropdown menu
• Full Screen Mode: Click the “Full Screen” button for a distraction-free environment when processing orders
