Run a live quiz night on your own brand: 33 finished screens, a host console and a player’s phone that talk to each other in real time, and one color file that re-skins all of it. Light and dark themes, GetX architecture, offline documentation, a Laravel admin panel and a one-page product website, all in the download.

Demo Instructions: tap Skip on the intro, choose Host a quiz, and sign in. The sign-in screen is a mock and accepts any credentials: use demo@podiora.app / demo1234, or tap Sign in with both fields empty. To see the other half, choose Join with a code instead and type PLAY42. Demo mode is on out of the box, so every screen is populated and no Firebase project, account or network is needed.
The question, the clock, and how the room is voting, in one place. The countdown is a number and one line that burns down, not a ring you have to read an angle off. Three buttons move the room on and every phone follows.

Four paddles told apart by a letter and a position, never by color, so the game works for the one player in twelve who cannot separate red from green. The one you press lifts and fills, the rest fall back, and the footer prints the tenth of a second your answer landed.

A list in score order says who is winning. An arrow says whether what you just did mattered. Team mode scores each team on its average, so a team of five cannot beat a team of three by turning up, and the podium’s three steps are the same height every night.

One column of question cards you long-press and drag. The clock and the points are closed sets, because a host picking a value while a room waits wants four buttons and not a keyboard. A dry run plays your own quiz back, scored exactly as a player would be scored.

Onboarding, sign in and sign up, the quiz library, a join screen, a game report question by question, your own profile, settings with backup and restore, an in-app explanation of the scoring, and a subscription screen. Thirty-three in all, in light and dark.

One field on one document moves the whole room: lobby, question, reveal, leaderboard, podium. The security rules are written against exactly those five words, and the copy of a question the players receive carries the text and the options and nothing else.

The download ships a Laravel 13 admin panel in backend/: a Filament panel over your own Firebase project, where you browse and edit Firestore documents and manage Authentication users from a desk instead of from the console, with 51 tests of its own. The app runs exactly the same whether or not it is installed: the Flutter side talks to Firebase directly and does not know the server exists. Deployment needs PHP 8.4 or newer, or Docker, and the hosting is yours.

The download also ships a one-page product website for your app (landing/): hero with two phone mock-ups, three feature tiles, a swipeable screen gallery, FAQ and store buttons, already set in the same colors and typefaces as the app and filled with its real screenshots. It is a single self-contained HTML file with no frameworks and no external requests, so you can put it on any static host in a minute and replace the copy and store links from the marked spots.

Requirements: Flutter SDK 3.29 or newer, Dart 3.7 or newer. Builds for Android and iOS. Android compileSdk and targetSdk are set to 36; iOS builds against the Podfile floor of iOS 15. About 6 GB of free RAM makes the first build comfortable. The admin panel needs PHP 8.4 or newer, or Docker.
What you get: full Flutter source code, a README with re-theming and Firebase guides, offline HTML documentation (23 chapters, 24 figures including two animated walkthroughs), the security rules with their emulator test suite, the sample data layer, light and dark themes, the one-page landing site, and the Laravel admin panel with its own deployment guide.
v1.0 First release.
The subscription screen is a mock: it flips a flag in memory, contacts no store and charges nothing. Questions are text only, and image or audio rounds are not part of this version. There is no advertising, no coins and no prize handling anywhere in it.
Scores are worked out on the host’s device and written back from there, which is what lets the app run with no server of its own; a room trusts whoever is hosting it. Google and Apple sign-in, push delivery, QR joining and a web big-screen view are not wired in this version. Figma or Sketch source files are not included; the interface is defined in the Dart source.
Third-party services and external costs: Podiora runs on bundled sample data out of the box and makes no network request at all. Connecting it to a live back end such as Firebase, or hosting the included admin panel, will involve those third-party services, which will incur their own separate costs and are not part of this item. The Firebase project, its quota and its billing are yours, and Google can change its prices at any time.
