Installation Guide

  1. Download the ZIP file after purchasing the module.
  2. Login to Perfex CRM as an admin.
  3. Navigate to Setup → Modules in the Admin Panel.
  4. Click Upload Module and select the downloaded ZIP file.
  5. Install & Activate the module.
  6. Navigate to Tickets Feedback and Project Feedback to start configuring the module.

Where to find the module?

  • ✔ In the Admin Panel, the module is found under Ticket Feedback & Project Feedback in the left menu after installation.
  • ✔ In the Client Dashboard, it appears in the top navigation menu.
