KP Admin 4.0 is a self-hosted PHP and MySQL admin panel starter for SaaS products, content platforms, internal tools, and client websites. It gives you a responsive dashboard, content management, users, granular roles, media, localization, settings, backups, and audit logs in one consistent workspace.

The project is built with procedural PHP and PDO, without a PHP framework. Its straightforward structure makes it practical for developers who want a ready-to-use foundation that can still be adapted to a specific product.

The v4 interface is designed for day-to-day administration: clear visual hierarchy, compact data views, predictable actions, and responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Server requirements

• PHP 8.0 or newer
• MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.4+
• PDO MySQL, Fileinfo, and Mbstring extensions
• Apache with .htaccess support recommended
• An SMTP account when email verification or password recovery is enabled
