Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

• System Malfunction: The software fails to operate as described due to issues directly caused by the product’s source code.
• Resolution Timeframe: Our technical team is unable to resolve the verified issue within 48 hours from the time sufficient access and information are provided.

Please note that system issues may sometimes be influenced by external factors, including but not limited to:

• Outdated or incompatible npm packages.
• Hosting environment limitations or misconfigurations
• Incorrect server or application configuration on the client’s side

Such factors will be carefully reviewed during the support process.
