Firebase Setup

1. Install Firebase CLI:
   npm install -g firebase-tools
firebase login
2. Install FlutterFire CLI:
   dart pub global activate flutterfire_cli
3. Configure project:
   flutterfire configure
   Generates firebase_options.dart and links Android/iOS/Web.
4. Initialize Firebase in main.dart:

   await Firebase.initializeApp(   options: DefaultFirebaseOptions.currentPlatform, ); 

5. Add packages as needed:
   flutter pub add firebase_auth cloud_firestore firebase_storage

Change App Name & Package

• App name: edit res/values/strings.xml
• Package ID: update applicationId in app/build.gradle
• MainActivity: refactor namespace and package line
