Import Entries For Gravity Forms Is Now Fully Compatible With Gravity Forms 2.5 Version.

Gravity Forms Import Entries add-on is a Gravity Forms extension that allows you to import hundreds of entries to your Gravity Form effortlessly. Importing your CSV file into Gravity Forms has never been this easy!

The admin can also update existing entries by mapping the fields (from the CSV file) that match the Entry ID – Import new entries and update your old ones within minutes.

Easily import files from Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, Google Sheets, LibreOffice or another spreadsheet format within minutes. All you have to do is simply export your file to a CSV before importing them in “Gravity Forms Import Entries” add-on. Save time and efforts by exporting your data in a reusable file format.

• Admin can create a new form through CSV entries.
• Only CSV files can be uploaded to import entries.
• Admin can map the field according to the data defined in the data set.
• Admin can add a new form field in field mapping.
• It is possible to update Entries via the column key.
• Admin can choose conditional import (greater than or less than) while importing the CSV form.
• You can choose the option to continue importing entries even with the errors.
• During the form import process, you can track the import progress by seeing the Progress bar.
• Once the CSV form download has been completed, you can view the import entries button.
• You can see the number of successful and unsuccessful import entries.
• Export entries from the Gravity Form plugin using a CSV file and import it to the Gravity Form Import Entries add-on.
• Manually create a CSV file that matches Gravity Forms criteria.

How-To-Guide

GF Importer: How To Upload CSV File

• Here admin can click the Browse Files button.

• Choose the file containing your data by clicking the Browse Files button.
• Once Uploaded users can view the uploaded CSV Name on the page.

• Admin can remove the selected file by clicking   button.

• Admin can import to an Existing Form or Create a New Form.

 

Fields Mapping Between Fields and CSV file

• A new page will appear where the admin can map the field according to the data defined in the data set.

• Admin can view the CSV data and Form Field mapped to the respective CSV Header.

• Admin can update the CSV Header on the other Form Field by selecting the fields from the dropdown.

Note: It is essential to include fields defined in the Gravity Form; otherwise, the data will not be visible in the entries.

How to Update Entries

• To update entries, the admin needs to follow these steps: Check the Update Entries checkbox.
• When the admin selects update entries, a dropdown box labeled as Column key will appear.
• This will contain all the form field headers.
• This is used to update the rows with respect to particular columns.
• Select the desired column and click Start Import Button.

Note:If no column key is selected then it will match the entry ID and if it matches, only then it will update the entry row.

How to configure the Email Notification

• After adding a CSV file the admin can be notified through an email.

• Click the next Button.
• Once on the Configuration page, the admin can check the Email Notification checkbox.

• Once done click Start Import.
