Galaxy Swarm — An Endless Space Survival Shooter
Galaxy Swarm is a fast, polished, endless top-down space shooter built with vanilla HTML5, CSS and JavaScript — no libraries, no frameworks, no build step, no backend. Pilot your interceptor through an infinite procedurally decorated galaxy, survive escalating waves of hostiles, and get stronger every run.

How to Play
Fly with WASD or the arrow keys (or the on-screen dpad on mobile), aim with your mouse, and your cannons fire automatically. Destroy the pink drones, purple hexes and heavy yellow cruisers that swarm you, collect XP stars and crystals, and clear each wave to earn rewards and pick an upgrade. Chain kills without taking damage to build your combo multiplier.
Easy to Install
The entire game is a single self-contained index.html. Upload it to any static web host and open it — no database, no configuration, no build tools, no internet required.
Browser Support
- Chrome 56+ / Edge 79+
- Firefox 51+
- Safari 15+ / iOS Safari 15+
- Android Chrome 56+ (touch)
- Uses WebGL2 for the starfield and automatically falls back to Canvas 2D on older devices
