FlexiNote extends note-taking capability inside Perfex CRM. Supports staff creating and managing personal notes instantly from any admin page. Notes can attach to independent pages such as Projects, Orders, Tasks, Tickets, Invoices, Payments, Modules, or Settings, giving users an overview each time they start a new session. Workflow becomes faster, more consistent, and more efficient.

Core Features

Add Note: Create or edit notes quickly on any CRM page without limit. Every new note starts with a randomly generated color.
Floating & Draggable UI: Notes float over interface; add, edit, drag, resize, hide or show independently per page; move freely across Perfex layout.
Mindmap Sub Notes: Build unlimited hierarchical sub notes up to 8 depth levels, with visual connecting lines showing relation to parent notes.
Panel Notes: Display and search notes through three tabs — Current Page Notes, All Notes, and Admin Notes. Each note includes quick link redirecting to its attached page.
Expand/Minimize & Pin to Top: Collapse, expand, or pin important notes on top of list.
Color & Layout Customization: Assign colors, freely adjust size and position.
Context Menu: Right-click menu adds new note or sub note anywhere on page, toggle all notes on/off, or switch to focus view mode.
Nested Tabs View Mode: Toggle switch on parent notes to render sub-notes as navigable tabs instead of floating mindmaps.
Parent Note Selection: Easily reorganize your mindmap by assigning a new parent to any note. This enables cross-page note relocation; moving a parent automatically transfers all its nested sub-notes.
Interactive Checklists & Hierarchical Progress Bar: Click checkboxes directly on note cards to toggle task completion. Visual progress bar tracks percentage in real time. Parent and root notes automatically aggregate completion progress across all sub-notes.
Convert Note to Task (Universal Relations): Convert any note into a full CRM task linked to Projects, Customers, Leads, Invoices, Estimates, Contracts, or Tickets. Includes auto-detection of page context and clickable bi-directional task badge.
Dedicated Media Library Manager: Isolated local media manager managing files exclusively in uploads/flexinote/ with automatic folder initialization, drag-and-drop file upload, search, copy URL, and 1-click embed into notes without conflicts with external modules.
Clipboard Screenshot Paste (Ctrl+V): Paste screenshots directly into active notes with physical upload to uploads/flexinote/, avoiding database bloat.

Collaboration & Control

• Admin Dashboard: View, filter, and search staff note activities across CRM system. Use the enhanced preview modal to securely render YouTube/Image embeds and read-only checklists without loading the full page. Convert notes directly to tasks from the dashboard.
• Permission Control: Define access for view, create, edit, delete, and manage.
• Admin Notes: Managers can create shared or task-specific notes for staff. When staff log in, admin notes appear directly on dashboard.
