eSIM Supplier Disclosure

eSIM Platform does not issue eSIMs or include any mobile data. Every eSIM is bought, at the moment of sale, from a wholesale supplier you contract with yourself:

• You need your own reseller / partner account with at least one supported supplier (Airalo, eSIM Access, eSIM Go, CELITECH, MobiMatter, eSIMfly, 1GLOBAL, Zendit or Yesim). Approval, pricing, minimum deposits and contract terms are set by each supplier.
• Most suppliers charge a prepaid balance; when it runs out, orders cannot be delivered. The admin panel warns you about low balances, but topping them up is your responsibility.
• Supplier APIs, packages, prices and policies (cancellation, refunds, top-ups, KYC) can change at any time. Some suppliers do not offer a sandbox — test orders there are real purchases.
• Maya Mobile and other suppliers that publish their API only under NDA are not included.

Demo Content Disclosure

The package seeds a demo catalogue so the store works end-to-end out of the box:

• Destinations, regions, plans and prices are sample data for demonstration — replace them with your own retail prices based on your supplier costs.
• Seeded plans are not mapped to a supplier. Until you connect a supplier and map each plan to a supplier package, paid orders wait in “delivery pending” — nothing is ever delivered from made-up data.
• Device list, travel guides, blog posts, FAQs and reviews are sample content for you to edit or remove. Destination images and flags are placeholders you can replace in the admin panel.

Coverage, Devices & Compliance Disclosure

• Network coverage, speeds, partner operators and validity are determined by your supplier and the local mobile networks — eSIM Platform cannot guarantee them.
• eSIMs only work on eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked devices. The included compatibility list is guidance and must be kept up to date by you.

Consumer-protection rules, tax / VAT, refund obligations, data-privacy laws (e.g. GDPR) and any identity-verification (KYC) requirements apply to you as the seller. This platform is built to work with MySQL / MariaDB and third-party services that are not included in the purchase: eSIM wholesale suppliers, payment providers (Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Creem, Dodo Payments, Lemon Squeezy, Razorpay, Midtrans, Duitku), SMTP email, and optional Google / Facebook sign-in and Cloudflare Turnstile / Google reCAPTCHA. The mobile app additionally needs Firebase (Remote Config, Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics), RevenueCat for in-app purchases, Apple and Google developer accounts, and optionally OneSignal (push) and Meta App Events. You must create your own accounts, configure the API keys, host the application, and pay any usage fees, transaction fees and supplier costs yourself. Refunds are approved in the admin panel, but the money itself is returned from your payment provider’s dashboard.
