Custom Statuses for LatePoint is an addon for LatePoint which allows the addition and advanced management of booking, payment and transaction statuses.

With that said, Custom Statuses for LatePoint is NOT a standalone plugin and requires LatePoint to be operable.

Features

• Add new booking, payment and transaction statuses, or manage existing/default ones.
• Rename statuses, set custom colors or enable/disable/delete them.
• Create rules that dynamically determine the status of new bookings and updated bookings without a status set.
• Select booking statuses that will display on calendars.
• Use booking status color for calendar booking boxes, instead of Service color.
• Select booking statuses that should be considered as booked/unavailable and block time-slots.
• Select booking statuses that should be displayed on the Pending Approval appointments page.
• Select booking statuses that should be excluded from dashboard sales calculations.
• Select booking statuses to synchronize with connected Google Calendar(s). Requires Google Calendar Add-on

1. From the LatePoint Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Custom Statuses.
