Coachly is a coaching & test-prep LMS sold as source code. A coaching institute runs its whole test-prep business — courses, mock-test series, batches, and analytics — on one modern TypeScript + Flutter stack.

It ships as a 4-surface bundle in 3 apps: a student Flutter app, an instructor Flutter app, and one Next.js app that is the public storefront (/), the institute admin panel (/admin), and the sole backend (/api/v1).

The edge over the Laravel incumbents: four AI features (not a bolt-on chatbot) — question generation, answer explanations, adaptive/weak-area practice, and a doubt-solving tutor — each backed by a mandatory instructor review queue so a wrong “correct answer” never reaches a student.

⚠️ What’s included — and what isn’t

This purchase is the Coachly source code. The third-party services it can connect to — a PostgreSQL host (e.g. Neon), Stripe, Razorpay, Bunny Stream, UploadThing, Resend, Firebase/FCM, and OpenAI or Gemini — plus any hosting, domain, and Apple/Google app-store developer accounts, are not included in the price and are not affiliated with this item. You create your own accounts with those providers and pay their fees directly, according to your own usage and their pricing. Coachly runs fully keyless for local development and demos, so you only sign up for a service when you switch on the feature that uses it.

⚡ Quick setup

1. npm install (repo root)
2. Copy .env.example → apps/web/.env.local; set DATABASE_URL + AUTH_SECRET
3. npm run db:migrate, then npm run db:seed
4. npm run dev → sign into /admin with the admin demo account
5. cd apps/student-app && flutter pub get && flutter run —dart-define=API_BASE_URL=http://localhost:3000
6. Same for apps/instructor-app
7. (Optional) add Stripe/Razorpay/Bunny/UploadThing/Resend/FCM/AI keys — all run keyless until then

✅ Requirements

Node 20+, Flutter 3.x, a Postgres URL (Neon free tier), a host (Docker/Railway/Vercel — all free-tier friendly), and Apple Developer + Google Play Console for store distribution. The optional third-party integrations are separate accounts you provide and pay for yourself; most have a free tier to start: Stripe (test), Razorpay (test), Bunny (trial), UploadThing (free), Resend (free), Firebase (Spark), OpenAI or Gemini (your spend).

️ Roadmap / known limitations

• Background jobs (Inngest) ship as a scaffold with an inline fallback (wire at go-live).
• No per-user AI rate-limiter yet — add a daily cap before exposing AI with real keys.
• Multi-language / RTL and live classes are on the v1.1 roadmap.
