Responsive Step-by-Step Booking

The booking form is fully responsive, providing a seamless experience on desktops, tablets, and smartphones. A clear step-by-step booking flow guides customers through each stage of the reservation process, allowing them to review and edit completed steps without losing previously entered information.

Built-in Calendar

The built-in occupancy calendar provides a clear daily overview of reservations. You can easily track bookings and filter them by departure marina, return marina, and booking status, making it simple to manage availability and monitor upcoming charters.

Multi-Location Support

The plugin supports an unlimited number of locations (marinas). Locations assigned to a booking form can be displayed on an interactive map, where each marker reveals detailed information such as marina address and business hours. Both the number of marinas and boats is unlimited, making the system suitable for businesses operating across multiple destinations.

Marinas

The system allows you to define unlimited marinas, each with its own detailed configuration. For every marina you can define berth numbers, maximum boat length and draught, advance booking period, minimum and maximum charter duration, and custom charter duration limits for selected date ranges.

Each marina can also define time gaps between bookings, availability checking options, and whether reserved boats should still be displayed. Additional settings include after-hours pickup and return options, supported charter types, full address with Google autocomplete, business hours with breaks, excluded dates, payment settings, notification options, and Google Calendar integration.

Booking Forms

Create unlimited booking forms, each with its own configuration and behavior. A form can define supported marinas, default departure and return locations, guest settings (adults and children), shared charter options, currency, coupons, minimum order value, tax display mode, and WooCommerce integration.

Each form also controls boat sorting options, visibility of marina selectors, custom fields and agreements, and visual styling. Additional settings allow you to customize map behavior, preloader, step navigation, sticky sidebar, time picker, captain selection, auto-scrolling between steps, and visibility of boat attributes.

Boats

The plugin allows you to define and manage your entire fleet of boats. Each boat can include a detailed description, image gallery, dimensions, guest capacity, and number of cabins. Boats can be assigned to one or multiple marinas and grouped together when multiple identical units are available.

You can also define whether a boat is available with or without a captain, assign pricing settings, connect attributes, and control availability through excluded dates and other configuration options.

Boat Attributes

The plugin allows you to create any list of attributes that can later be assigned to specific boats. You can create three types of attributes: Text Value, Single Choice, and Multi Choice. A text value allows you to define custom text attributes such as color or engine type, while single and multi-choice attributes allow predefined selections like fuel type or equipment options. The number of attributes is unlimited.

Charter Packages

In addition to traditional boat rentals, the plugin also supports predefined charter packages. Customers can choose a package such as a sunset cruise, bay tour, or romantic evening charter. Each package can define its own duration and fixed start time, or allow customers to select the preferred date and time. Packages can be enabled for selected marinas, allowing you to offer guided experiences, themed cruises, or scheduled trips alongside classic boat rentals.

Booking Extras

Create unlimited booking extras such as skipper services, equipment rentals, or additional charter services. Extras can define quantity limits, default values, and pricing models calculated per entire rental period or per rental day.

Each extra can also have different pricing and tax rates depending on the selected boat and marina, allowing you to create highly flexible pricing structures tailored to different locations and vessels.

Advanced Pricing Rules

The plugin provides a rich pricing system including base prices such as Initial Fee, rental price per day or hour, flat price per adult or child, price per adult or child per day or hour, security deposit, one-way charter fee, and additional fees for after-hours pickup or return.

On top of these base prices, advanced pricing rules allow you to dynamically modify pricing depending on booking form, marina (departure and return), boat, charter type, date ranges, day of week, reservation duration in days or hours, and number of guests (adults and children). Multiple pricing rules can be stacked and executed in sequence to create complex pricing strategies.

Coupons

The plugin includes a powerful coupon system with a built-in generator that allows you to create multiple coupons at once. You can define usage limits, activation and expiration dates, and restrict coupons to specific boats or boat categories.

Coupons can offer percentage or fixed discounts and can also apply different discounts depending on the number of charter days, for example offering a different discount for 1–3 day bookings.

Payment Methods

The plugin supports PayPal, Stripe, Cash, and Wire Transfer, along with all payment methods available through WooCommerce, including WooPayments and many others.

Multiple Currencies in a Single Form
