• Bid Fees (the core model): Every bid consumes coins purchased from you. You set the coin packages. The margin between your coin price and cost is permanent, recurring revenue — generated regardless of who wins the auction.
• Unlock Fees: Require users to pay a coin fee before they can bid on premium auctions. Pre-bid revenue collected before a single auction starts.
• Coin Package Spread: Users pre-load a coin wallet. You control the exchange rate (e.g. $10 buys 950 coins). That spread is margin on every deposit, every time.
