ScriptExpert for Windows brings a project-aware coding agent, code editor, terminal, browser preview, file manager, database tools and a ready-to-use local web stack into one focused desktop application.

It is designed for PHP and full-stack workflows where editing code, running commands, previewing the result and working with project data should happen without constantly switching applications.

Integrated Cline Coding Agent

The integrated agent understands the active project and can use only the capabilities allowed by the selected mode. Use Plan to examine a task and prepare an approach, then switch to Act when you want the agent to make controlled changes.

• Read-only or Full access: choose whether the agent may only inspect the project or also modify it and run commands.
• Project file operations: read, create, rewrite, move or delete files and folders when permission is granted.
• Multimodal input: attach code, documents and images when the selected AI model supports them.
• Context controls: configure 4K–64K context, automatic compression, thinking depth, iteration limits and timeout.
• Extensible workflows: add custom skills, custom tools and MCP server definitions.
• Quick controls: change the model, context and available tools directly from the AI workspace.

Live Edits & Visual Diffs Follow AI changes inside the editor. Added and removed lines remain visible while the file is being updated.	AI Database Tools Allow the agent to inspect schemas, read records and execute SQL, with destructive actions restricted to Full access.

Code, Run and Preview Without Leaving the Project

Multi-Tab Terminal Open PowerShell or Command Prompt tabs in the active project and keep build commands beside the editor.	Embedded Browser Preview Launch the configured preview command, navigate, reload, use fullscreen and open Chromium Developer Tools.

Portable Local Server for Windows

The prepared Windows development stack includes portable Apache, PHP 8.3 and MariaDB components. Start, stop, restart and configure services from the server control center, monitor their status and open local projects without assembling a separate stack first.

The runtime is intended for local development. Production hosting and server administration remain separate from the desktop application.

Advanced Project File Management

Manage the complete project tree from the application: create, copy, move, rename, upload and download files or directories. Search, history, archive creation and extraction, image preview, trash, restore and permanent deletion are available from the same interface.

Database Management from Schema to Records

Database Manager Connect to local or remote MySQL/MariaDB servers, manage schemas, import SQL, export data and run custom queries.	Record Browser Browse tables with search and pagination, then add, inspect or edit records directly.

Project-Aware Workspace

Project Manager Save the local path, database and FTP connection, preview command, URL parameters, AI instructions and notes per project.	Workspace Dashboard Review file activity, coding time, storage use, project size and development-environment health.
