When a task’s due date is today, change the status to “In Progress” and add the comment “Work on this task immediately.”
If a task’s priority changes to “High,” assign it to a specific team member and add them as a follower for better tracking.
When a task is inactive for 7 days, add the comment “Please review this task” and notify the project manager via a reminder.
When a task’s finish date is updated, automatically update the due date by 3 days and tag it with “Updated Schedule.”
If a task is created with a high-priority label, immediately assign it to the team lead and notify them with a comment “Urgent task created.”
When a task’s status changes to “Completed,” add the tag “Closed” and set the priority to “Low.”
If a task’s start date is today, set a reminder for the assignee with the comment “Don’t forget to start this task.”
